Vacancy: Office Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Bromborough – Wirral

Career Level: Minimum 1-year admin experience

Salary: £12,000 – £15,000 per year dependant on experience

Job Description:

Full-time Office Administrator required for established & expanding automatic door company based in Bromborough, Wirral. An excellent opportunity to join a busy office in our growing service department.

Duties will include :

  • Answering incoming telephone calls.
  • Send paperwork to clients when required.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets with new information
  • Contact clients to chase outstanding quotes, answer any questions and provide advice
  • Update clients on orders, quotations and job status where required.
  • Prepare small works quotations and send to clients within KPI timeframes
  • General ad-hoc office administration duties

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • You must GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent phone manner, and previous experience speaking to customers over the phone.
  • Previous experience liaising with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Industry experience preferred
