The JPF Group are currently embarking on a period of planned growth and we have recently invested in additional personnel into our service department.

As part of the next phase of our growth strategy, we are happy to announce that we have appointed a new Operations Manager, Jason Graham to help oversee the entire service process and to support the existingmanagement team. Jason brings over 20 years of management experience within a variety of sectors including Financial, Social Housing and Engineering Support Services. Jason has an excellent track record of success building both small and large teams, improving performance and delivering excellent customer results. His glass half full attitude mixed with his belief that a happy work environment is far more productive makes him the perfect addition to our Service team.
Also, joining the Service team this month is our new Service Manager, Natasha Cheary. Tash joins the service department as Jason’s new second in command with experience in Coordination, Business Development, Account Management and Estimating across a variety of sectors including Retail, Customer Service, Property Maintenance and Facilities Management. Tash has managed multiple large contracts across the UK with a proven track record in exceptional selling and service skills. She has excellent experience in maintaining and developing client relationships as well as experience managing teams of engineers and office staff.
If you’ve called the JPF offices recently, you’ll have noticed a big change in the way we operate! We have recently welcomed Holly Sinclair to the team as our new receptionist. Holly joins the team to support the office staff in any admin duties as well as answering office calls and greeting guests. Holly joins us with previous experience in a variety of reception/ admin based roles however her passion remains in Events Management. Holly also works as an events manager working with a variety of organisations to help them plan and run their events – we’re sure she’ll make a great addition to the team and we can’t wait for what she can bring to our work events, especially our Christmas party!
